General Conditions 2008 - 2009

How to book a room: Upon arrival of your reservation or booking request we check the availability and get in contact with you.Once you decide to book your accommodation we send you a booking confirmation and ask you to make a bank transfer of 30 per cent of the overnight price on ur bank account within one week’s time. If you book a sojourn of less than 5 days we ask you for a down payment of 50 per cent of the overnight price. Your reservation is obliging upon arrival of the down payment. Bank charges are on charge of the customer.

Cancellations/Penalites: Cancellations have to be made in written form. Penalties: Up to 45 days at the latest before the agreed arrival date of the guest without the payment of a cancellation fee. Il Locandiere will only charge 15,00 Euro as one-time processing fee. Up to the latest of 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest a cancellation fee of the cost of the down payment must be paid. For cancellations 14 days before arrival the penalty fee is 60 per cent of the total amount of the overnight, for cancellations 7 days before arrival 90 per cent.

Liabilities: Il Locandiere is not reliable for damage to persons or to for the properties of the customers. The customer is fully responsibile for mischievous damages. Customers are obligated to handle with care the rooms and its fixtures.
