Our Guesthouse Il Locandiere in the South East of Sardinia is situated right next to the marina of Capitana. Our villa has a green scenery with twiners, roses and jasemine plants, perfectly suitable for relaxing holidays with peace and rest. Il Locandiere is in a strategically perfect position and far from the crazy holiday crowd but close to Cagliari, the beautiful Capital of Sardinia. The beautiful bright beaches of Cala Regina, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa Rei are only a few miles away.

All rooms have a separate entrance with direct access from the garden and are well-equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, TV, fridge.
A guarded parking space for cars and motor bikes is at our guests' disposal.

Upon request (with your booking) you can use the kitchen and the barbeque.
